esp's Managing Director is Brian Ford, an icon in Australian radio and undisputedly Australia's leading music programmer.

Starting his radio career in regional Australia including Moree, Alice Springs and Rockhampton, Brian moved up through the ranks to become one of Australias foremost Music Directors. His pivotal career moment was being a part of the launch team for the legendary B105 Brisbane.

Three times awarded Commercial Radio Programme Director of the year, Brian's Programming achievements include the rebuilding of 2Day FM with Brad March in the 90's and returning to Program B105 in 1995. His greatest success was at the helm of Melbourne's Fox FM from 1997 to 2004.

Brian Ford continues to work closely with Austereo programmers as well as the Macquarie Southern Cross Media programming teams across the country in his role as esp Managing Director.
